Its been a while since I had done a major project. I had worked on a commission a little while ago, of an Animal Crossing character named Alfonso. He was a fairly easy project to work on, the Animal Crossing designs are simple but very cute. He had a few spots on him, which were all hand stitched on so it would look more seamless. That was probably the most time consuming part of this piece, because after everything was hand stitched on, the rest came together rather quickly. The shirt was made a separate piece and stitched on top, so it looked like he was actually wearing a shirt. One detail you can't see very well is the tail behind him, which also has a spot hand stitched onto it. It was a very cute and easy project, something that helped me get back into the swing of things.
